• Since 2008, he had ever been a supervisor of the Master of Laws at Tsinghua University School of Law, a member of the expert database on intellectual property law of the Ministry of Commerce of China, a member of the German Bar Association in Munich and Upper Bavaria and a member of the German Federal Bar Association and authorized as a Chinese lawyer working in Germany, and a senior advisor to the German law firm Mayrkotsch on intellectual property rights;
